About Teronda West

Teronda West is a peaceful residential neighborhood on Whidbey Island with outstanding west side views of the Salish Sea, Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains. Teronda West offers resident-only private beach access, as well as community common open areas.

Teronda West is located midway between Coupeville and Freeland. The central location offers easy access to the many amenities of Whidbey Island both north and south. This includes Oak Harbor and the Naval Air Station, Greenbank Farm, Clinton and Keystone ferries, Fort Casey, Fort Ebey, and South Whidbey State Parks, as well as Langley, Bayview and Clinton.

Teronda West Homeowner's Association is responsible for our community water system and for maintenance of common areas and community-owned roads and trails. We have a volunteer Board of Directors for the TWCCA HOA and a dedicated community groundskeeper.
